Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an UnFazed Swim gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
